I bought my 3rd new VW Golf last night from Lauzon. Jean-Mathieu took great care of us.

I've worked for 36 years in customer service training. I'm familiar with a high-level of service and can say that the service at Lauzon is well above the standard of excellence. Tonight, again, the service was worthy of mention. Thank you to the entire Lauzon team, but above all, Thank you Very much Jean-Mathieu for your frankness and your EXCELLENT srevice.
