I was very impressed with my remarkable sales representative Francis Bisson. Professional, frank, available and overall very attentive to my needs and situation. I understand that not all dealers are "liars" et sincerely, my purchase at Lauzon was a customer service experience that exceeded my expectations as a consumer. Thank you, Francis, for your excellent service. I must add that during my visit, the receptionist was very welcoming and always smiling. As a customer, when I enter an establishment, first impressions are very important. I was also very impressed that the receptionist remembered me! At Lauzon, I felt important and respected.
